1. Refund Policy Overview
TalkDa (the "Company") provides users with a fair and transparent refund policy. This refund policy has been established in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act to protect users' rights.
2. Free Service
TalkDa currently provides free services. If paid services are introduced in the future, this refund policy will apply.
3. Cases Eligible for Refund
When using paid services, refunds are possible in the following cases:
- Service Not Provided: When the service was not provided at all due to the Company's fault
- Service Suspension: When the service is suspended due to the Company's circumstances
- Terms Violation: When the Company cannot provide the service due to violation of these Terms
- Payment Error: When duplicate payment occurs due to a payment system error
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- Service suspension due to the user's fault
- Service restrictions due to violation of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- When the user simply decides they do not like the service after using it
- Services provided for free or through promotions
5. Refund Procedure
- Refund Request: If you wish to request a refund, please submit a refund request through the inquiry function within the service.
- Review: The Company reviews the refund reason within 3 business days after receiving the refund request.
- Refund Processing: If the refund reason is recognized, the refund is processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds are made to the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
6. Refund Amount Calculation
- Full Refund: Full refund is made if the service has not been used at all.
- Partial Refund: If the service has been partially used, the refund amount is calculated based on the usage period.
- Refund Amount = Payment Amount - (Monthly Fee × Number of Months Used)
7. Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card: 3-5 business days after refund approval
- Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days after refund approval
- Virtual Account: 1-2 business days after refund approval
- Other Payment Methods: According to each payment gateway's policy
Refund processing is based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
8. Refund Fees
No refund fees are charged for refunds due to the Company's fault. However, refund fees may apply for refunds due to the user's fault and will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Refund Inquiries
If you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us through the inquiry function within the service. The Company will strive to provide prompt and accurate responses.

10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between the Company and the user regarding refunds, it will be resolved in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Users may apply for dispute mediation to the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee or the Korea Consumer Agency.
11. Changes to Refund Policy
This refund policy takes effect from January 1, 2025, and may be modified in accordance with changes in laws and policies. Changes will be announced in advance through notices within the service.
