Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of services provided by TalkDa (the "Company") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the conversational diary writing service provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
  3. "Content" means diaries and related data created by users through the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms shall be effective for all users who intend to use the Service.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms to the extent that such modifications do not violate applicable laws.
  3. When the Terms are modified, the Company will notify users through a notice on the Service.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Diary writing service through conversation with GPT
    • Automatic diary summarization feature
    • Past diary search and viewing feature
    • Life analysis and advice service based on diary data
  2. The Company may modify the content of the Service and will notify users in advance of such modifications.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
    • Stealing or improperly using another person's information
    • Acts that interfere with the stable operation of the Service
    • Acts that violate laws and these Terms
    • Acts that defame others or infringe upon their rights
  2. If a user engages in the above acts, the Company may restrict the use of the Service or terminate the contract.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company. Users retain copyrights to their diary content, and users grant the Company the right to use such content for the provision of the Service.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information. The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service due to the user's fault.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected profits from the use of the Service, nor for any damages arising from data obtained through the Service.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial practices. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
